What can I do for you?

I will meet with you and examine your business, review your processes and procedures and your needs for my time. Then we’ll work out an appropriate schedule—which may be weekly, twice a month, monthly or even quarterly.

I prefer to work at your location—since that’s where all the paperwork is—but if you prefer to “stay in the shoebox”, I’ll happily pick it up and clean the box for you.

I can provide the full cycle of bookkeeping services, or only what you require. Some of clients leave it all up to me, and others need or want to handle their own invoicing and bill paying—and I handle the bank reconciliation and year-end papers.

I don’t prepare income tax returns (personal or corporate) but I can prepare the file for your income tax preparer.

I can prepare financial statements for your review, customized for your business, that focus on your key success factors.

I have experience and a library of tools, templates and software that I can use or adapt to your business.
