During our Deep Dive Meeting, we’ll examine your business, review your processes and procedures and your needs for my time. Then we’ll work out an appropriate schedule—which may be weekly, twice a month, monthly or quarterly.

I prefer to work at your location—that’s where all the paperwork is! If you prefer to “stay in the shoebox”, we’ll arrange for pick up and delivery,  and I’ll clean the box for you.

Or, we can work together at a site that’s convenient to us both.

My clients are throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham and Mississauga (along the Hwy 27 corridor and near the airport). Not there? Let’s talk.

Sometimes a quick fix or problem can be resolved by me logging on to your computer from mine.

I can provide the full cycle of bookkeeping services, or only what you require. Some of clients leave it all up to me, and others need or want to handle their own invoicing and bill paying—and I handle the bank reconciliation and year-end papers.

I can prepare financial statements for your review, customized for your business, that focus on your key success factors.

I have experience and a library of tools, templates and software that I can use or adapt to your business.

I don’t prepare income tax returns (personal or corporate). Let me repeat that: I AM a CPA but I don’t prepare income tax returns!  I will happily collaborate with your your tax professional and prepare the year end file.
